Welcome to Jibaro Tattoo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and your interactions with our shop. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer tattooing and related services, which are subject to the following policies:

  • Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old. A valid government-issued ID is required for all appointments.

  • Consultations: Consultations may be required for certain designs or services. Fees for consultations, if any, will be discussed upfront.

  • Health Disclosures: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may impact the tattoo process. Failure to disclose pertinent information may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

2. Appointments and Deposits

  • Booking: Appointments are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be forfeited if insufficient notice is provided.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes: Price estimates are provided during consultations and may vary depending on the complexity and size of the design.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash-App, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Crypto. Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session.

  • Additional Costs: Changes to the design on the day of the appointment may result in additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: Custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Jibaro Tattoo. They may not be reproduced or used elsewhere without written permission.

  • Photos and Promotions: We reserve the right to take photos of completed tattoos for promotional purposes, including social media and portfolios. If you prefer not to have your tattoo shared publicly, please inform your artist.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Aftercare: Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by their artist. Failure to do so may result in complications for which we are not liable.

  • Behavior: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

6. Liability and Waivers

  • Assumption of Risk: By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge that there are risks involved, including allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with the outcome. We take all necessary precautions but cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Waiver: Clients are required to sign a waiver before their appointment, releasing Jibaro Tattoo and its artists from liability for adverse outcomes related to the tattooing process.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to health risks, inappropriate requests, or failure to comply with these Terms.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos. Any adjustments or touch-ups will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees unless specified otherwise by your artist.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
